Straight-n-PaintWhen we started our business I was physically working in the panel shop on the tools, answering the phones and trying to deal with customers and estimating jobs. I don’t know how I found the time. In fact, I wasn’t finding the time. I’ve been dealing with Glenn for nearly 5 years now. We have paid back our borrowing, tripled our turnover and I’ve introduced systems so that my staff know exactly what is expected of them. I now have a manager to run the business if I’m not there. I go to my boy’s school things, rugby training during the week and take the odd long weekend every now and then too. It’s still hard work, but anyway, a big recommendation and thanks to Glenn.
