Phoenix MotelsWe wanted to let the staff at Searells know the outcome of the invaluable service they provided for us when dealing with our ANZ Bank Manager.We approached Searells at the end of July as we were concerned at the level of our overdraft, due to the very quiet spell we had experienced over the previous few months. We felt we should be pro-active and did not want the situation to deteriorate any further. The advice and service they provided was immediate and they dealt with our Bank Manager directly which went a fair way to reducing the stress we were under. Searells did a great job in securing an agreement with the bank to extend and increase our loan for minimal costs. They achieved this without increasing our monthly payments which in turn reduced our overdraft making life a little more manageable. We implemented a few changes they recommended and we are delighted to tell all the Searells staff that we have our accounts back in the black and the business is on the up. We are grateful to Peter Curnow and Janet Crook for the fast and efficient service they provided, Peter’s previous banking experience was invaluable and we were grateful to have someone on our side who could “talk the bank talk”. We were kept informed every step of the way and the outcome proved to be a positive one.
